Information
This page contains some of our principal booking terms and conditions, as well as other useful information about your
holiday. Our full terms and conditions will be provided when you are ready to book.
- Weekly bookings run from Friday to Friday.
- Three night weekend and four night midweek short breaks may be available in low season or on a last minute basis.
- Lets run from 4.00 pm on the day of arrival until 10.00 am on the day of departure.
- A deposit of 30% of the rental is payable at the time of booking. The balance is payable ten weeks prior to the
arrival date. If the booking is made within this period, the full rental is payable immediately.
- Guests are advised to obtain appropriate holiday cancellation insurance.
- A deposit against damage of £250.00 is payable by cheque at the same time as payment of the balance.
- With care, there is room to park five cars in the drive - please do not park in the road outside.
- For the comfort of all of our guests, no smoking is permitted anywhere in the property.
- The rent is fully inclusive. Electricity and gas are included, as well as wood and coal for the fires. We supply
all bed linen, bath and hand towels (excluding swimming towels), soap, toilet paper, and a welome pack containing
kitchen basics.
- A travel cot and high chair are available on request, but please bring your own cot linen.
- A maximum of two well behaved dogs can be brought on holiday. There is a dog sleeping / cloakroom area inside the
back door and a drying room off it.
- We do not supply bicycles, but please do bring your own - they can be locked away in one of the outhouses.
